FULFILLMENT Multi-Brand Warehouse Operations

Serve many brands with one operation

If you handle warehouse operations and order fulfillment for more than one brand, HaROS keeps each brand's stock, channels and reports separate. You work with one screen and one floor team.

Operating Process

Take over a new brand in six steps

Adding a new brand does not stop operations. Floor processes run with the same rules regardless of the number of brands.

01

Bring a brand on board quickly

You import product and stock via Excel or API. You define warehouse space and permissions in the interface, and the brand is put into operation immediately.

set up in the UI
02

Goods receiving

Expected goods are verified by barcode at the dock against a brand-level advance shipping notice (ASN). Which brand the shipment belongs to is clear from the start.

brand-level asn
03

Segregated stock

Each brand's stock pool and locations are kept separate. A brand cannot see or mix up another brand's stock.

brand wall
04

Order flow

Each brand's marketplace, e-commerce and B2B orders arrive automatically. All are in one pool but stay separate by brand.

05

One floor operation

Picking, packing and shipping run with one team on HaROS WMS flows: wave picking, barcode verification and handheld terminals.

06

Visibility and reconciliation

Brands follow their stock and orders instantly. Reports are exported to business intelligence (BI) tools, and reconciliation is based on data.

Period-by-period settlement calculation: on the roadmap

Per-company tariffs and period-end settlement calculation are in development and not yet available. The intended flow is described below.

01

Per-company tariff

The aim is to define unit tariffs separately for each client company.

per company
02

Period data

The aim is to gather order data and service quantities for the period; some service quantities will be entered manually from the floor.

orders + service qty
03

Bulk calculation

Settlement is planned to be calculated in bulk for companies from the defined tariff and period data.

bulk calculation
04

Review & approval

The plan is for the calculated settlement to be reviewed line by line and go through an approval step.

review → approval
05

Invoice info and export

The plan is for the approved settlement to be recorded as invoice information and exported for accounting or reporting.

export

Note: This section describes a feature in development; scope and timing may change. The intended flow will not replace client account (current account) tracking or e-Invoice issuance.

Frequently asked questions

Can brands see each other's data?

No. Stock pools, user permissions and reports are separated by brand. With warehouse-level role and rule definitions, each brand sees only its own data.

Does adding a new brand affect current operations?

No. Warehouse space and permissions are defined in the interface and the brand is put into operation immediately. Product data is imported via Excel, form or API. The floor keeps working without interruption.

If the same product exists for two brands, does it get mixed up?

No. Stock pools and locations are kept separate per brand. Even if the same SKU exists for two brands, every movement runs in its own pool and is verified by barcode.

Can brands use their own carrier agreements?

Yes. HaROS TMS applies carrier selection per brand. Each brand's contracted carriers and cost rules are defined separately.

How are returns separated?

Return parcels are pre-received with an RMA (return authorization) code and assigned to the relevant brand. After quality control, the product returns to the brand's own stock pool.

Run your fulfillment operation on one platform

As your brand count grows, floor routine, stock accuracy and reconciliation stay the same.
