What does HaROS add to your operation?

Follow a wave from start to finish: the warehouse manager filters orders and generates routes, pickers head out onto the floor, packers close the order by scanning from the basket. On the right you see the picker's handheld terminal and the packing screen at the same time.

The scene is illustrative: orders, products, store names and distances belong to a sample warehouse. You can step through yourself or just watch; if you choose nothing, the flow advances on its own after a short while.

Result: four measures

The same warehouse, before and after HaROS. Drag the chart to rotate it, tap a row to take a cross-section.

Where does this difference come from?

+60% Picking speed

Wave, zone, batch and cluster picking in the same system. For frequently ordered products, Hero Picking (best-seller picking) kicks in: a single operator takes the product of dozens of orders onto their cart with a single barcode. Reservation and location locking stop two operators from going to the same bay.

−80% Operational errors

You can make barcode verification mandatory in picking, sorting and packing. When a wrong product is scanned, the handheld terminal stops the step with a red screen and an audible alert. The packing station catches a wrong carton before it closes, using the product image and barcode.

99.9% Stock accuracy

Every stock movement is recorded transaction by transaction. You do cycle counting rack by rack without stopping sales. A bay reported "missing" is blocked; an alert is raised with who reported it, when, and for which order and route.

−45% Staff cost

With ABC analysis, fast-moving products are placed in bays close to shipping. Automatic replenishment creates a task before the picking bay empties. Manual work decreases, the shift plan comes under control; the same volume goes out with less overtime.

The rates (+60%, −80%, 99.9%, −45%) reflect the platform overall. The hourly, weekly and monthly values in the grids belong to a sample warehouse prepared to show these rates; they are not the data of a specific customer.
