This page sets out the terms relating to the use of this website (hereinafter the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site you accept these terms. These terms cover only the website; the corporate use of the HaROS software is subject to a separate agreement.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use set out the rules relating to the use by visitors and users of this website operated by Hamurlabs. By using the Site you are deemed to have accepted the terms stated here; if you do not accept them, we ask that you do not use the site.

These terms cover only the use of the website. The acquisition, installation, integration and use of the HaROS software by an organization are, independently of these general terms on the site, subject to a service and/or license agreement to be concluded separately between the parties. This page does not replace that agreement and does not change its provisions.

2. Definitions

  • "Site": This website and its subpages, belonging to Hamurlabs, on which the HaROS products and the company are presented.
  • "Hamurlabs", "we", "us": Hamurlabs Elektronik Hizmetler Yazılım ve Ticaret A.Ş., the operator of the Site and developer of the HaROS product (head office address: Çifte Havuzlar Mah. Eski Londra Asfaltı Cad. Kuluçka Mrk. B2 Blok No: 151/1C İç Kapı No: 111 Esenler / Istanbul, Türkiye, MERSIS no: 0456-0607-9150-0001).
  • "User", "you": The natural or legal person who visits or uses the Site in any way.
  • "HaROS": The corporate retail operating system software developed by Hamurlabs and its related modules.
  • "Content": All text, images, video, graphics, code, logos and other materials published on the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Permitted use

You may view the Site, examine its content for the purpose of obtaining personal information, make a demo request and contact us through the contact channels.

Prohibited uses

  • Attempting to decipher the Site's code, infrastructure or operation by reverse engineering,
  • Scraping or copying Site content in bulk using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, etc.),
  • Making any attempt to impede, overload or interrupt the operation of the Site or its servers,
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access or taking action to circumvent security measures,
  • Spreading malware or placing harmful code through the Site,
  • Reproducing or republishing Site content for commercial purposes without Hamurlabs's express permission.

If use in breach of these rules is detected, Hamurlabs reserves the right to restrict the relevant user's access to the Site.

4. Intellectual property

All Content on the Site, together with the HaROS brand, logo, the hamurlabs trade name and visual identity, and the source code, interface and documentation of the HaROS software, belong to Hamurlabs or its licensors and are protected under the relevant intellectual property legislation.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying or making this Content the subject of derivative works without prior written permission is prohibited. Temporary technical copying made through the browser for the purpose of viewing the Site is outside this scope.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for information purposes. These links are provided for convenience; Hamurlabs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of the linked sites. Your access to third-party sites is at your own responsibility.

6. Demo request and contact form

The information you share with us through the demo request or contact forms on the Site is processed solely for the purpose of evaluating your request and contacting you. For detailed information about how this information is collected, used and protected, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The information on the Site is for general informational purposes about HaROS products, features, integrations and processes. This information does not constitute an offer, commitment or contract; binding conditions relating to the product are determined only by a separate commercial agreement.

Hamurlabs does not guarantee that Site content is always current, complete or error-free. The Site is provided "as is".

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, Hamurlabs cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Site, the inability to use it, or decisions made on the basis of information on the Site.

9. Changes

Hamurlabs reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version is published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page changes accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after a change means that you accept the current terms.

10. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms of Use are subject to the law of the Republic of Türkiye and are interpreted in accordance with that law. In the resolution of any dispute that may arise from these terms, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices, Türkiye are competent.
