KVKK Privacy Notice — Demo Request Form

This text explains how the personal data you share through the demo request form on the HaROS website is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, "KVKK"). For the site's general visitor and customer data processing, you can review our Privacy Policy.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed, within the scope described below, by Hamurlabs Elektronik Hizmetler Yazılım ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Hamurlabs") as the data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed
When you fill in the demo request form, only the fields in the form are processed. You may leave the non-mandatory fields in the form empty.

We ask that you do not write special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, etc.) or personal data of third parties in the free-text field.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Fulfilling your demo and discovery meeting request and contacting you
- Routing your request to the right team and the right module specialist
- Preparing a demo scenario suited to your operation
- If demo environment access is provided to you, creating your user account and sending the access information by e-mail
- Keeping request records and carrying out pre-commercial-relationship processes
The data you share in the form is not used to send electronic messages for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Legal Ground
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds:
- Art. 5/2-c — Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract being necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (demo/quotation process)
- Art. 5/2-f — Processing of data being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
- Art. 5/1 — Explicit consent (obtained separately and only with respect to sending commercial electronic messages)
5. Who It Is Transferred To
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be processed through service providers from whom we receive website hosting and infrastructure services, content distribution and site security services, and corporate e-mail/office infrastructure services; it may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations upon legal request.
Transfers abroad: The servers of some of our service providers may be located abroad. In this case your data is transferred within the framework of the safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK (standard contracts concluded with the relevant service providers and, where necessary, notifications made to the Personal Data Protection Authority — Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
6. Retention Period
Your data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and in any case until the end of the limitation periods prescribed in the relevant legislation. If the demo request does not turn into a commercial relationship, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized at the end of 12 months from the request date.
7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11
You can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information about it if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request its deletion or destruction
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems
- To request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8. Changes
When this privacy notice is updated, the new version is published on this page; the version and review date at the top of the page are updated accordingly. For your questions you can reach us through the contact page.
